Steps to make 霸王花猪骨玉米汤

  • 1.虫草花1把、冬菇3朵水发、戏萝卜切滚刀块;
  • 2.置一大锅,把霸王花2棵水发后倒入另一汤锅;
  • 3.把红枣4枚开边取核;
  • 4.用炒菜大锅放冷水,倒入猪骨和姜片4块;
  • 5.把水烧开后用热水冲干净备用;
  • 6.汤锅里放姜片4片、水发后的虫草花、红枣、红萝卜块和玉米;
  • 7.汤锅加水,加入猪肉的霸王花,烧开汤水,用网筛撇出浮沫和姜片;
  • 8.加入自腌无花果4粒,再烧开汤后改小火煮约40分钟,材料煮透就可以了,怕太油腻可用密网筛撇去浮油,到喝汤时可以按自己的口味加适量的精盐。
