Steps to make 凉拌木耳

  • 1.干木耳用凉水泡发好,配菜淘洗干净备用。

  • 4.蒜放少许盐捣成泥倒入小碗中,加入生抽。
  • 5.加入米醋。
  • 6.加入辣椒油,香油,搅拌均匀,料汁就做好了。
  • 7.把洋葱、香菜、小米辣放入木耳中,倒入调好的料汁。
  • 8.搅拌均匀即可。
