Steps to make 客家萝卜丸子

  • 1.把白萝卜去皮,刷成丝,加适量盐腌制。
  • 2.把腌过的萝卜丝,放入手中双手紧握挤去水份,加入淀粉,葱,盐,胡椒粉拌匀。
  • 3.做成丸子,放入锅中煎后加水煮熟调味即可。
