  • 1.鸡腿清洗干净
  • 2.去皮后在前后划几刀放入碗内
  • 3.将大喜大烤肉酱倒入
  • 4.腌制几个小时,我放冰箱冷藏室腌了一夜
  • 5.生姜洗净切丝
  • 6.将鸡腿放入铺好锡纸的烤盘
  • 7.撒入姜丝
  • 8.将锡纸包严入烤箱,中层上下火180度烤20分钟
