  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将五花肉切大块,姜切片。
  • 3.五花肉冷水下锅,煮开后焯五分钟,然后捞出备用。
  • 4.将清洗干的香葱铺在锅底。
  • 5.把姜片放在香葱上。
  • 6.将五花肉肉皮朝下放在锅内。
  • 7.将冰糖、酱油、黄酒依次倒入锅内。
  • 8.盖好高压锅锅盖,选择炖肉按键。
  • 9.第一步压制结束后,将肉块翻一下,让猪皮朝上。再合盖压制10分钟即可。
