大理石重乳酪蛋糕
这个配方比例是自己根据之前做的更改配置的 因为还剩余有一些淡奶油就全放进去了,所以没参照大大们的配比,结果也还不错。乳酪味比较浓郁,加入了250g奶酪和120g淡奶油。相对来说热量也很可观哦。

适合模具:6寸活底模。

  • 奶油奶酪250g
  • 淡奶油120g
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 巧克力10g
  • 消化饼干75g
  • 黄油20g

Steps to make 大理石重乳酪蛋糕

  • 1.备齐材料。
  • 2.消化饼干放入保鲜袋扎紧袋口,用擀面杖杆细碎后,加入融化的黄油。
  • 3.将饼干碎和黄油混合均匀后,倒入蛋糕模,用勺子压紧实后,放入冷冻室冷藏。
  • 4.室温软化的奶油奶酪切成块状,分三次加入细砂糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.当搅拌至奶酪糊光滑无颗粒就好了。这时可以将饼干底从冰箱取出了。将奶酪糊倒在有消化饼干底的模具中。
  • 8.巧克力隔水融化后,加入一勺奶酪糊混合均匀。然后装入裱花袋。
  • 9.在蛋糕糊上挤出图案
  • 10.用牙签随意挑拌下巧克力。
  • 11.在活底模具外包裹上锡纸,烤盘内注入水,进烤箱,160度,烤约1小时左右。
  • 12.蛋糕出炉后待完全冷却,置于冰箱内,第二天切片食用。
