电饼铛版腊肠披萨

Steps to make 电饼铛版腊肠披萨

  • 1.准备食材:发面团(先将酵母用适量温水调开倒入面粉中,再依次倒入少许白糖、盐,牛奶,用筷子将面粉搅拌至雪花状后倒入适量橄榄油,用手反复揉面直至面团光滑,盖上保鲜膜醒发大概1个小时左右)腊肠,肉松,洋葱,奶酪碎,水果玉米粒(玉米粒焯水2分钟)。
  • 2.第二步将面团擀成5mm厚度的面饼,边缘要厚一点。用叉子在上面插上小洞,将平底锅抹上油。
  • 3.挤上番茄酱,沙拉酱。
  • 4.番茄酱,沙拉酱刷好!撒一层奶酪肉松。
  • 5.把玉米粒,洋葱,腊肠一层一层放好。
  • 6.最后再撒一层奶酪(喜欢吃可以多放一些耐克拉丝会更好)。
  • 7.电饼铛双面加热十分钟以上(电饼铛头部一定放一双筷子防止粘上层)。
  • 8.用刀切块。
