干锅发源于四川绵阳,属于川北帮川菜,发扬光大于绵阳,2003年在绵阳南河坝流行 ,当时最为著名的是干锅鸭掌。吃干锅既迎合了舌根与舌尖对麻辣并重的依赖,又能在品尝完干锅以后享受火锅的乐趣,两者合一,经济实惠,使火锅更加具有主题性。

  • 1.准备材料。辣椒切块,葱姜切片,洋葱切条。
  • 2.土豆切片先用开水焯一分钟即可。
  • 3.沥干水分过油煎成金黄色。
  • 4.猪肉剁成末。
  • 5.油热后先麻椒爆香。
  • 6.然后放入葱姜爆香。
  • 7.倒入肉末并划散,放料酒。
  • 8.放一勺郫县豆瓣酱,炒匀。
  • 9.然后放入土豆,再放青红椒断生,放盐和鸡精。
  • 10.砂锅底部铺上洋葱。
  • 11.再把炒锅里的土豆放入撒上香菜末即可。我家因为小朋友不吃辣,很少做麻辣口味的菜,俗话说,一辣解三馋,今天也解解馋~
