新奥尔良鱼块
朋友又去钓鱼了,送了好几条来家里,为了迎合孩子们的口味,只能变着法子来烹饪了。

  • 台湾乌鱼2条
  • 新奥尔良腌料1勺
  • 玉米淀粉1勺
  • 少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 酱油1勺

Steps to make 新奥尔良鱼块

  • 1.乌鱼宰杀干净,去骨取肉,沥干水分切小块。
  • 2.加入盐,鸡精,酱油,玉米淀粉和新奥尔良腌料,搅拌均匀,放冰箱保鲜入味2个钟头以上。
  • 3.平底锅加入适量食用油,大火加热,放入鱼块,中火煎至微焦。
  • 4.翻面,同样煎至微焦。
  • 5.再次翻面,中小火煎至鱼块呈金黄色。
  • 6.再次翻面,同样用中小火煎至金黄色即可出锅。
  • 7.装盘就可以享用啦!
  • 8.微焦里嫩,美味极了!
