  • 白芝麻少许

Steps to make 低糖的黑芝麻咸蛋糕

  • 1.色拉油加入香油拌匀,再加入水拌至水油乳化。
  • 2.加入过筛的面粉,黑芝麻粉拌匀。
  • 3.加入蛋黄,芝麻酱拌匀。
  • 4.烤箱160度预热。蛋清放入盆内加入砂糖,塔塔粉。
  • 5.打发至干性发泡即直尖角。
  • 6.取1/3蛋清糊与蛋黄糊拌匀,再倒回蛋清糊中拌匀。
  • 7.倒入6寸蛋糕模,抹平表面撒少许芝麻震盘,放入160度预热好的烤箱。先160度20分钟,再150度10分钟左右即可出炉。
  • 8.出炉震盘,倒扣晾凉脱模,切块。
