  • 小葱1根

Steps to make XO酱蒸肠粉

  • 1.备好食材:粘米粉、XO酱、葱;
  • 2.粘米粉倒入大碗里,加上清水调匀成米浆;
  • 3.葱洗净切碎,加入米浆中;
  • 4.调入1茶匙XO酱;
  • 5.用筷子搅拌均匀;
  • 6.蒸盆内涂抹一点食用油,倒入调匀的米浆;
  • 7.放入蒸锅中,大火蒸10分钟;
  • 8.蒸熟的肠粉取出,用刮刀或木铲轻轻刮起;
  • 9.切小段摆盆,淋上喜欢的酱汁即可食用;
