过年时候买了两大包的麦片,可是孩子和我妈都不喜欢吃,平时就我一人吃,另一包还没打来呢,真怕放坏了,所以做各种面食类的都去加些进去,即丰富下口感,也让孩子们间接的吃些粗粮;
这次做吐司的时候就放了点,另外还有黑芝麻,闻着真是香,不用抹果酱也能吃几片,营养美味哟!

  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 燕麦片30G
  • 牛奶50ML
  • 淡奶油100ML
  • 酵母4G
  • 2G
  • 白糖30G

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.把除干粉和黄油类的材料都投入面包桶中(鸡蛋、牛奶、盐、糖、奶油
  • 3.再放上面包粉、黑芝麻和麦片,最上面放酵母粉
  • 4.启动面包机,调至菜单1键 欧式/柔软 时间3:09小时
  • 5.工作20分钟的时候放入软化的黄油
  • 6.搅拌面团至扩展性阶段
  • 7.揉面完全后开始醒发
  • 8.面包机自动二次发好后刷上蛋液
  • 9.继续烘烤完成
  • 10.取出放凉后切片
