紫薯波点蛋糕
相对于海绵蛋糕的做法,戚风蛋糕卷做起来还是比较容易的,而且还可以添加各种食材,做成各种花样,这紫薯波点蛋糕卷就是其中之一,以后还要尝试其他的花样。

  • 蛋糕粉60g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 玉米油35g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 30g

Steps to make 紫薯波点蛋糕

  • 1.分离出的蛋黄打在碗里
  • 2.加水、玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入蛋糕粉搅拌成蛋黄糊
  • 4.取少量蛋糊加少许紫薯粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.蛋白加2滴白醋,分三次加糖用电动打蛋器打至湿性发泡
  • 7.取一点蛋白加到有紫薯的蛋糊里拌匀
  • 8.将紫薯蛋糊装入裱花袋,挤到铺了油纸的烤盘里
  • 9.放烤箱160度烤3分钟左右,定型后取出
  • 10.将剩余的蛋白倒在蛋黄糊里,上下切拌翻拌均匀
  • 11.接着倒入烤盘里
  • 12.送入烤箱160度烤60分钟
  • 13.烤好的蛋糕趁热卷起来,放冰箱冷藏1小时定型
  • 14.时间到取出,去掉油纸
  • 15.切段食用即可
