  • 1.准备适量干豌豆。
  • 2.加入适量水浸泡一夜。
  • 3.浸泡好的豌豆捞出沥干水分放入冰箱,冷冻1天或一夜。
  • 4.冻好的豌豆拿出解冻后,晾干表面水分或用吸油纸吸干水分。
  • 5.锅内烧油,油温六成热下锅炸。
  • 6.炸至豌豆漂浮,再炸三分钟左右。
  • 7.炸好的豌豆捞出放入盘内。
  • 8.放入一勺盐、半勺糖、一勺辣椒,不喜欢辣椒的可以不放。
  • 9.和匀之后晾凉即可。
