老式发面大饼干

  • 1.成品图。

  • 3.制作方法:鸡蛋打散(留点刷饼干表面用),倒入玉米油、白糖、少许温水化开酵母搅拌均匀,最后把面粉跟无铝泡打粉混合倒入,用刮刀翻拌成面团,然后再用手翻揉几下,使之材料更加融合均匀,成品面团很柔软。
  • 4.面团擀成0.3-0.4cm左右的面坯,切成块。
  • 5.生坯表面刷一层蛋液,撒适量芝麻,醒发一倍大。
  • 6.烤箱提前预热,上下火150中层,烘焙20分钟左右,烤至表面金黄色即可。烤箱温度仅供参考。
  • 7.放凉食用更佳。
