清炖牛肉

  • 西红柿2个
  • 香菜2棵

  • 2片
  • 紫菜数片
  • 海米4粒

Steps to make 清炖牛肉

  • 1.牛肉切成1.5厘米左右的小块,放在水里灼一下,灼好后漂去浮抹(一定要漂干净,这点很重要)
  • 2.用漏勺控干牛肉
  • 3.葱切葱花,姜切片。
  • 4.用电压力锅把牛肉倒进去,放大料1个,然后一次性加够水,盖上盖炖40分钟左右。
  • 5.好了以后另找一个锅,把牛肉和汤都倒里面,然后放紫菜、海米、盐1茶匙,味精少许,十三香少许,再把西红柿放进去,炖5分钟左右,开锅了。
  • 6.就可以装碗,洒上香菜,开吃了。
