自制粉肠

  • 玉米淀粉130克
  • 花椒水400克
  • 葱末30克

  • 香油20克

Steps to make 自制粉肠

  • 1.将猪肉肥瘦分开切成细条,将瘦肉用水泡上去除血水
  • 2.用五克的花椒熬成花椒水,晾凉
  • 3.将去除血水的瘦肉沥干水分,用绞肉机绞碎
  • 4.葱切成末
  • 5.姜切成末
  • 6.倒入肉馅里,放入五香粉,盐,肉蔻粉,酱油,和花椒水
  • 7.晾凉以后放入玉米淀粉,再倒入香油
  • 8.用清水将肠衣冲洗一下内部
  • 9.然后放入灌肠机,灌成肠
  • 10.锅里放入大料,香叶,和熬完花椒水的花椒,中火,水温以后放入香肠
  • 11.当肠子膨胀,将火调小,用针将肠子扎透,要不停的扎,大约煮30分钟
  • 12.煮好的肠子
  • 13.锡纸里放入白糖和茶叶适量,放入烤箱底层,将晾凉的香肠放入烤箱中层,下火250度10分钟,到最后五分钟时,调成上下火
  • 14.熏好的肠子
