抹茶松子仁面包
谢谢美天和柏翠提供的这个机会,能有幸获得超静界面包机的试用体验!打开包装后,面包机的外表确实让人眼前一亮呢。香槟色夹着朱红色是很好看呢,非常高端大气上档次呢!当然啦,面包机内部也是棒棒哒,内部镶着双管烘烤,能使面包更好吃更加美味哦。不过这款面包的重点当然它闪耀眼的:超静音。就是在搅拌面团的时候也很难听到它在工作呢!

  • 面包粉290g
  • 抹茶粉6g
  • 奶粉6g
  • 松子仁100g
  • 酵母3g
  • 130g
  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 白糖60g
  • 3g
  • 玉米油30g

Steps to make 抹茶松子仁面包

  • 1.将130g水和一个鸡蛋倒入面包桶
  • 2.加入60g白糖和3g盐
  • 3.倒入290g面包粉、6g奶粉
  • 4.再加入6g抹茶粉
  • 5.把称好的面包桶安装好
  • 6.再把酵母放在酵母盒里,按“欧式面包”程序、750g、中色、3小时,按下启动键即可
  • 7.把松子仁洗净、放入无油的锅里翻炒1分钟
  • 8.炒好后、摊开放凉备用
  • 9.10分钟后面团已揉好
  • 10.加入松子仁揉2分钟
  • 11.倒入30g玉米油揉10分钟
  • 12.能拉出薄膜即可(扩展阶段),发酵至2倍大
  • 13.发酵好的面团拿出来排气
  • 14.分割成3份
  • 15.搓成大小一致、长度差不多的面团
  • 16.然后编成3股辫、两端捏紧,卷好
  • 17.放入面包机里,进行2发
  • 18.发酵至2偣大即可
  • 19.表面刷层全蛋液、撒些松子仁。烘烤40分钟即可
  • 20.烤好后,立刻脱模放凉。切片、切块任君选择!
