  • 2.排气饧15分钟,平均分割12份.

  • 4.如图编辫.
  • 5.两头分别捏紧,2次发酵容易胀开.
  • 6.烤盘刷油,放入烤盘,2次发酵.
  • 7.奶酪窒温回软,洋葱洗净切细粒.
  • 8.奶酪切小粒.
  • 9.奶酪,洋葱加黑胡椒粒,少许盐.
  • 10.青椒也切小粒.
  • 11.再放青椒粒搅拌均匀.
  • 12.2次发酵好拿出,刷全蛋液,撒拌好的奶酪洋葱粒.
