豆丁炸酱面
用炸过的豆腐来配炸酱。炸过的豆腐很有嚼头,吸足了酱汁,咸鲜适口。

    Steps to make 豆丁炸酱面

    • 1.将豆腐切成小丁。
    • 2.入加了盐的沸中焯一下。
    • 3.捞出后沥净水,入五成热的油锅中炸成表面变硬的豆丁。
    • 4.锅中留底油,入豆酱、甜面酱。
    • 5.翻炒出香味。
    • 6.加入炸好的豆丁。
    • 7.使豆丁裹满酱汁。
    • 8.加入适量水、高汤精大火煮开转中小火。
    • 9.汤汁渐浓时关火撒葱花。
    • 10.面条入沸水锅中略煮后加入洗净的油菜同煮。
    • 11.煮好的面条与油菜捞出,加入炸好的豆丁面酱与火腿丝即可。
