  • 鸡蛋液20g
  • 牛奶5g
  • 黄油35g

Steps to make 菠萝包

  • 1.材料准备好。
  • 2.面包材料放在盆里,用筷子搅成絮状,揉成一个面团。
  • 3.加入黄油,揉成一个光滑的面团,发酵至一到两倍大。
  • 4.油酥材料中的黄油软化后用打蛋器搅打至膨胀,加入砂糖、蛋液、牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 5.油酥材料的混合物揉成一个光滑的面团。
  • 6.把油酥面团平均分成若干份,大约八份左右。
  • 7.面包面团也平均分成若干份。
  • 8.油酥面团取一小份擀成薄片,包住面包面团的三分之二,然后在面包表面划十字刀口。
  • 9.烤箱175度烘烤15分钟就出炉了!
