Steps to make 奶香饼干

  • 1.白糖用料理机打成糖粉,如果没有料理机选用颗粒比较细的绵白糖。面粉过筛。
  • 2.黄油软化,手动把软化的黄油打散,加入糖粉。
  • 3.电动打蛋器低速打蓬松黄油。
  • 4.分两次加入全蛋液,电动打蛋器把黄油打至乳化。
  • 5.面粉过筛筛入黄油中,用手捏成面团。
  • 6.面团放保鲜袋,冰箱冷餐藏1小时。
  • 7.取少量面团,在面板上垫油纸,面团上盖保鲜袋。
  • 8.擀成0.3厘米厚的薄片
  • 9.揭去上面的保鲜袋,用饼干模具压成动物饼干。
  • 10.烤盘上垫油纸,小心的把饼干放到烤盘上。
  • 11.150℃预热5分钟,烤12分钟左右,注意观察上色情况,稍微发黄取出。
  • 12.完全冷却后装入盒子,密封保存。
