健脾养胃的秋季养生汤-----萝卜牛腩汤
这道汤是我们很喜欢的一道汤,白萝卜和牛肉是经典搭配,可以起到健脾消食的作用。吃的时候可以直接调味喝汤,也可以用蘸汁来吃肉肉,营养健康味道还很棒呢。
   秋季到了,天气渐渐凉起来,为家人煲一锅有营养的汤吧,让他们品尝到你的爱。
   肉肉用蘸汁蘸着吃,味道非常棒。

Steps to make 健脾养胃的秋季养生汤-----萝卜牛腩汤

  • 1.买来的牛腩先用水洗净,再放清水中浸泡2个小时左右,去除血水。
  • 2.泡好的牛腩切成小块,用开水焯烫。
  • 3.焯好的牛肉。
  • 4.准备好配料。
  • 5.牛肉放煲里,加入适量的清水,把配料也放进去,大火烧开后小火炖2个小时左右。
  • 6.白萝卜去皮切块。
  • 7.把白萝卜倒进肉汤里。
  • 8.继续炖40分钟左右即可。
  • 9.汤炖好后,不需要把盐加在锅里,可以盛在碗里后在碗里加盐等自己喜欢的调味,我们一般是另外做一个蘸料来蘸着吃,味道很棒,多余的牛腩汤用来煮面条味道也不错。
