    Steps to make 老北京呼(读二声)饼

    • 1.将韭菜洗干净,甩干水分,切成陷。点火,锅内放入少许的油,打入鸡蛋,打碎关火。待锅冷却后,放入韭菜馅,少许碱面,香油,五香粉,盐,味精,搅拌均匀。
    • 2.将玉米面倒入碗中,慢慢加入凉水,搅拌均匀。不要加入太多的水。要适量。打湿后稍微加点水就行。如果水太多,面稀了就难成型了。拌好后,放置10分钟。
    • 3.放好饼铛,将拌好的玉米面慢慢的平铺在饼铛上,不要太厚哦,要薄薄的一层。这样吃起来会更脆。
    • 4.将拌好的韭菜馅倒在铺好的玉米面上,摆均,然后点火。要小火。盖上盖。
    • 5.大约5分钟后,打开锅盖,然后继续用小火烙大约5分钟即可。一般呼饼的周围开始撬起来,就基本上熟了。
