豆芽胡萝卜菜卷饼

  • 1.面粉加适量水合成面团盖保鲜膜饧30分钟
  • 2.把饧好后的面团排气滚圆分成6份
  • 3.取2个按扁,在其中一个上面倒少许玉米油抹匀
  • 4.将另一个没有抹过油的面胚盖在上面
  • 5.用擀面杖擀成薄饼
  • 6.放电饼铛加热,当面饼鼓起大泡时翻面
  • 7.两面烙熟即可
  • 8.趁热揭开,依此将其余的面团也做好
  • 9.绿豆芽择去根部洗净控水,胡萝卜切丝
  • 10.炒锅倒油煸香葱花
  • 11.先放豆芽翻炒
  • 12.再放胡萝卜丝翻炒
  • 13.加生抽、盐调味炒熟即可
  • 14.将炒熟的豆芽菜放到面饼上,卷起来就可以了
  • 15.摆盘上桌
