Steps to make 翅包墨米饭

  • 1. 准备好墨米和大米。
  • 2. 煮好的米饭取100克。
  • 3. 中翅去两头脆骨,再剔去中间骨头。
  • 4. 烤肉料用30克与30克水和开,与翅中拌匀,腌制半小时。
  • 5.取一个翅中,把少许米饭塞入。
  • 6. 全部做完后,放烤盘上,腌制的料汁中加少许食用油,涮上。
  • 7. 烤箱,上下火210度。烤制20分钟。
  • 8. 香喷喷的翅包墨米饭,健康美味。
