Steps to make 梅豆肉丝卤面

  • 1.梅豆去蒂去筋,洗净,沥干水分,切丝。
  • 2.肉丝加少许料酒,腌制五分钟。
  • 3.蒜切片。
  • 4.熟面条备用。(四个人的量)
  • 5.锅烧热放适量油,倒入肉丝煸炒一下,再倒入蒜和梅豆翻炒一下,加适量盐和少许五香粉调味,再加适量水刚刚没过锅里的食材,大火翻炒一分钟即可。
  • 6.把菜倒入面条上,用筷子搅拌均匀,如图所示。
  • 7.水开,上笼蒸十分钟。
  • 8.已蒸好。
  • 9.出锅装盆。
  • 10.盛入碗中即食。
