  • 1.扇贝肉解冻。

  • 6.焯3分钟左右。注意火候。别把扇贝肉焯缩水了。
  • 7.捞出。

  • 9.锅里适量油烧热关火,放几粒花椒炸香。
  • 10.放入葱姜,小米椒,倒入适量开水,适量生抽,一点点盐调味儿。
  • 11.浇到盘中即可。
