  • 白醋1勺

Steps to make 原味戚风

  • 1.蛋黄和蛋白分开,先把蛋白放冷藏里面,然后蛋黄中放入白糖,搅拌至全部融化!
  • 2.之后倒入食用油继续搅拌均匀!
  • 3.倒入水,搅拌均匀,其实水可以换成牛奶,我家没有牛奶了,所以我放的水!
  • 4.放入淀粉和低粉!
  • 5.搅拌至无颗粒!
  • 6.拿出蛋白里加入几滴白醋,白糖开始打发,白糖分两次加入!
  • 7.打发成硬性发泡!
  • 8.将蛋白分两次倒入蛋黄糊里面,搅拌均匀,不能圆形搅拌,可以上下也可以z形搅拌!
  • 9.最后倒入模具里面,震几下,把里面的气泡震出来,然后烤箱预热150°50分钟就可以了!烤好了之后拿出来立刻倒扣!凉了之后脱模!
