奶香椰蓉面包棒
其实烘焙一路走来,真的收获很多,本来因为自己是菜鸟,又笨手笨脚的,也没想能走到现在,我真的很知足,因为烘焙真的为我带来了太多的帮助,可是因为工作也确实是忙,有时间就烤蛋糕送客户,送盆友,因为带着美嘟一起上班,被照顾太多,我就只好烤蛋糕来感谢盆友们的帮助…也谢谢美天,谢谢ACA,我一般找方子都是按自己的口感来找,这样做的东西自己也喜欢…

  • 全蛋液30克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 牛奶30克
  • 黄油30克
  • 酵母4克
  • 3克
  • 椰蓉60克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 黄油30克
  • 牛奶30克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 全蛋液30克

Steps to make 奶香椰蓉面包棒

  • 1.将配料里的牛奶倒入碗里
  • 2.倒入椰蓉
  • 3.加奶粉
  • 4.加白砂糖
  • 5.混合均匀
  • 6.黄油微波炉叮下,融化后倒入拌好的馅料里拌匀
  • 7.倒入蛋液
  • 8.拌匀,入冰箱冷藏
  • 9.主料里牛奶,盐,白砂糖等倒入面包机
  • 10.加入高粉,鸡
  • 11.加入酵母,一个和面程序后加入黄油
  • 12.和好后取出
  • 13.去烤箱发酵40分钟左右,加一碗水,发酵至两倍大后按压不会快速起来即可
  • 14.取出排气,擀开
  • 15.加入拌好的椰蓉
  • 16.叠好,按压
  • 17.再次擀开
  • 18.切小条
  • 19.入烤盘,烤箱预热170℃(根据个人的烤箱温度来定,我的ACA的,温度比较准)20分钟左右
  • 20.取出即可
  • 21.成品
