Steps to make 抹茶水果凉粉

  • 1.先把白凉粉倒在碗里;
  • 2.加入白糖和抹茶粉拌均匀;
  • 3.加入200克凉水;
  • 4.加入水后凉粉搅拌成均匀至无颗粒备用;
  • 5.把另外的800克水煮开;
  • 6.水开调小火,把调好的凉粉把入开水中,边倒边搅拌;
  • 7.调中火继续煮,边煮边搅拌;
  • 8.煮至沸腾,关火,表面有泡沫,用勺子撇出,倒进盘子放凉;
  • 9.把放凉的凉粉放冰箱冷藏2小时以上;
  • 10.吃时取出切小块,可以加自己喜欢的水果和果汁拌合吃,这样口感更佳。
