  • 低筋面粉210g
  • 淡奶油300g
  • 糖粉30g

Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.先将牛奶、水、糖、黃油加放入不锈钢的盆中,用电磁炉慢火加热。
  • 2.然后放晾后,分三次将鸡蛋加入搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将过筛的低筋面粉加入搅拌均匀
  • 4.然后过筛。
  • 5.用平底锅煎成一块块的班戟皮,班戟皮煎越薄越好。
  • 6.将淡奶油和糖粉加入中,用打蛋器搅拌。
  • 7.把淡奶油打到9成即可。
  • 8.把淡奶油装入挤花袋里,挤到班戟皮中间放上切好的芒果。
  • 9.然后包起。
  • 10.最后切开即可,最好先放冰箱冷一下哦,更好吃
