Steps to make 萨其马——人人都爱的中华传统点心

  • 1.将鸡蛋打成液,高筋粉低筋粉与泡打粉混合后过筛倒入面包机中,加入鸡蛋液混合,和面程序,要把面团和成很软的程度,这样做出来的萨其马才松软可口。
  • 2.面板上撒一层玉米淀粉,将和好的面团静置面板上,15分钟。
  • 3.将面团擀成大面皮,厚度约为0.2cm,再切成小面皮。擀的时候撒点玉米淀粉防止粘连。
  • 4.把小面皮切成小条状,俗称胚条,切得时候也要撒点玉米淀粉。
  • 5.锅中热油,烧制150度分次放入胚条,炸制浅金黄出锅。放置在容器里备用。(如果觉得油温不好把握,就把一根胚条放入锅中,如果胚条很快浮起来了且膨胀就说明可以了)
  • 6.取一小锅,把白砂糖蜂蜜和水倒入锅中,小火煮到白砂糖融化,出现很多的细泡沫,继续煮,用筷子沾取其中的糖浆,稍稍冷却后变成细丝说明糖浆熬好了,这步要很有耐心的等待哦。
  • 7.将炒熟的白芝麻和炸好的胚条倒入糖浆中,迅速拌匀,尽量让每一根胚条都沾到糖浆。
  • 8.趁温热的时候将拌好的胚条倒入事先抹好油的容器里,手上抹油以后,直接用手掌把坯条压实(要趁温热的时候操作,凉了以后就硬了)。冷却后就可以切开食用了!
