Steps to make 糟蛋

  • 1.黄酒酒糟备用
  • 2.鸡蛋洗净沥干水分
  • 3.用木勺柄敲击鸡蛋两端,先敲大头,再敲小头,让蛋壳略有裂痕,而蛋壳膜不破
  • 4.取空罐,底层先铺一层酒糟
  • 5.将鸡蛋大头冲上放置,蛋与蛋之间留适当距离
  • 6.再铺一层酒糟
  • 7.放上第二层鸡蛋
  • 8.再铺一层酒糟,如此反复
  • 9.直至将鸡蛋用完,铺上最后一层酒糟
  • 10.表面撒一层食盐
  • 11.封坛,密封好,一般经过5个月左右的时间,即可糟至成熟
  • 12.借用下别人成熟的糟蛋图
  • 13.不用煮,直接食用
