蒸蛋羹
用美的BB煲做一道最简单的宝宝小零食,老少皆宜的鸡蛋羹,做法简单,做出来的蛋羹嫩滑的像果冻,软嫩如脑,滑滑的入口即化,老人孩子都爱吃。

Steps to make 蒸蛋羹

  • 1.给宝宝蒸蛋羹,1个就好,一定要选择新鲜的鸡蛋,且大一点的鸡蛋,蛋液在40g左右,准备50度左右的温开水80g 。
  • 2.取小碗打入鸡蛋,打散尽量搅拌均匀。
  • 3.兑入温开水,边兑便搅打均匀。
  • 4.关键的一步,过滤蛋液,直接过滤到原味蒸釜容器中,这是美的BB煲自带的容器。我是用过滤豆浆的网筛过滤的,剩下的是泡沫和没有搅打碎的蛋清。
  • 5.过滤好的蛋液。
  • 6.美的BB煲取出玻璃内胆, 加入纯净水至蒸煮水位线。
  • 7.将玻璃内胆放入电饭煲。
  • 8.放入过滤好的蛋液,通常最好盖上保鲜膜,这款电饭煲就不用了,直接放入内胆就好。
  • 9.选择营养蒸功能,启动电源,这项功能水开后要蒸30分钟,我只用了10分钟就断电了,千万别蒸的太久,蒸过了就不好吃啦,而且没有营养。通常用锅蒸7-10分钟即可。
  • 10.西兰花洗净焯水切碎,圣女果洗净去掉瓤,切碎,蛋羹搭配蔬菜更佳有益健康。
  • 11.出锅,注意戴上手套取出蒸釜,撒上西兰花碎和圣女果碎。
  • 12.倒入少许的味极鲜酱油,如果喜欢可以加点香油,什么都不加一样好吃。
