挪威国庆蛋糕
每年的5月17日是挪威的国庆,挪威人喜欢把点心也装饰上国庆的气氛。这个样式关注很久了,今年也来凑一下热闹。蛋糕的方子用的是小厨飘香老师的。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 食用油30ml
  • 牛奶30ml
  • 细砂糖(蛋黄)20克
  • 细砂糖(蛋白)40克
  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 淡奶油3dl
  • 细砂糖(淡奶油中)3茶匙

Steps to make 挪威国庆蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄蛋白分离,分别放入干净无水无油的盆中。蛋黄中加入细砂糖,用手动打蛋器打至颜色变浅。
  • 2.加入食用油,边加边搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入牛奶,边加边搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀备用
  • 6.用电动打蛋器打发蛋白,出现大泡的时候第一次加糖
  • 7.继续打发至小泡的时候第二次加糖
  • 8.能拉出软软的尖角时第三次加糖
  • 9.直至打发到可以拉至短小直立的尖角
  • 10.取三分之一蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。这里不能划圈搅拌,以免消泡
  • 11.再加入三分之一的蛋白,翻拌均匀
  • 12.将蛋黄糊倒回蛋白盆中,与剩下的三分之一蛋白翻拌均匀
  • 13.倒入模具中,在桌子上震几下,把气泡震出来
  • 14.烤箱预热160度,中下层,上下火烤40分钟左右
  • 15.烤蛋糕的同时准备好草莓和蓝莓。草莓改刀切小块。淡奶油加入细砂糖打发(这个居然忘了拍照)
  • 16.蛋糕晾凉后用小刀延模具周围转一圈脱模
  • 17.切成三片
  • 18.一片蛋糕上抹一层奶油,铺上水果
  • 19.重复上一步骤再铺一层,再盖好第三层蛋糕,表面和四周抹好奶油
  • 20.剩下的奶油倒入裱画袋中,用小号菊花嘴修饰边缘,开始摆国旗造型
  • 21.摆好草莓就完成了
