再话深夜食堂---五花肉味噌汤
国庆前就说要做一次这个五花肉味噌汤的,但是一直因为做饭惰性,就搁浅了。我每隔一段时间,如果天天做饭的话,就会产生一种惰性,哈哈~ 于是计划全部延期了。

国庆期间,这菜已经买了3天了,还是不想再做饭,看着再不做,菜就该坏掉了,狠狠心,咬咬牙,继续上菜。

  • 1.准备材料:五花肉切片,香菇切块,牛蒡切小块,白萝卜、胡萝卜切块,魔芋手撕成小块。
  • 2.起锅倒入一点点油烧热后,放入五花肉煎炒至肉边变透明,颜色变白。
  • 3.放入白萝卜,胡萝卜块煸炒出味道后,加入水。
  • 4.依次放入牛蒡。
  • 5.依次放入香菇。
  • 6.依次放入魔芋。
  • 7.放入味噌,可以像剧中那样化开,也可以用漏勺化开,这样汤会更细腻,没有颗粒。继续煮15分钟。尝一下味道,如果盐味不够再加一点点盐,味噌本身就已经有盐味了,所以不需要太多。
