Steps to make 香菇蒸鸡

  • 1.把鸡腿肉切出来,鸡腿骨头我拿去炖汤了。
  • 2.【题外话】鸡腿骨头汤,超好喝,很甜。放虫草花,桂圆,红枣,枸杞和香菇炖的。
  • 3.适量香菇泡发好。
  • 4.配料准备好。
  • 5.放姜片,蒜末,适量生抽,适量蚝油,少量料酒,少量白砂糖和少量胡椒粉腌制鸡腿肉15-30分钟。(这道菜我没有放盐)
  • 6.放入香菇再腌制5-10分钟。
  • 7.冷水起锅,蒸15分钟。
  • 8.关火,加入葱末,盖上盖子用余热捂两分钟。
  • 9.出锅,放入香菜即可,也可以不加。
