【闽南蚝仔煎】

Steps to make 【闽南蚝仔煎】

  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.材料:牡蛎适量 鸡蛋一粒 青蒜和胡萝卜适量 红薯水淀粉适量(可以稍微稠一些) 调料:盐 胡椒粉准备材料,另外将牡蛎用盐和胡椒粉抓拿片刻,洗净沥干。
  • 3.青蒜切寸断,鸡蛋加少许的盐打散备用。
  • 4.煎烤机少许油,接着将牡蛎放入煎,煎到水分开始变少的状态。
  • 5.然后撒入青蒜段和胡萝卜丝。
  • 6.继续翻炒片刻,然后将红薯淀粉浆倒入(要均匀的倒在牡蛎上)。
  • 7.淀粉浆片刻就凝固了,这时候可以适当的淋少许的油。
  • 8.然后将蛋液沿四周淋入。
  • 9.可以启动上下火盘,将上盘盖上片刻,蛋液就凝固了、盛出来,淋上泰式酸辣酱即可。
