  • 1.紫苏洗干净后切碎
  • 2.锅里倒水,将紫苏倒进去
  • 3.将拍扁的姜也倒进水里,开始煲水
  • 4.在水上面放一块蒸盘
  • 5.将已经清洗干净喝醉了的大闸蟹倒进去,马上盖好盖子
  • 6.蒸十五分钟,大闸蟹就可以吃了
