  • 发酵粉少许

  • 牛奶200k

Steps to make mini牛角小面包

  • 1.先250k牛奶倒入面包机,鸡蛋,白糖,盐,接着放250k面粉,最后放发酵粉额,开机,进入和面状态。已经搅拌好的面团.........等待发酵
  • 2.面团是不是大了好多,取出揉面团,排出气体后,再二次发酵30分钟。
  • 3.取出面团擀开长方形,斜刀切三角形,顶端再切开一小口,好卷起,卷到块完的时候,小角上抹蛋液卷起。
  • 4.等待50分钟发酵好以后,抹上蛋液上烤箱,烤箱预热8分钟180度。
  • 5.180度15分钟后就可以了。
