牛奶杏仁花环面包
牛奶杏仁面包---奶香加片片杏仁香的面包,是家人喜欢的味道,配上一杯酸奶或是米糊、一点水果就是一顿营养丰富的早餐。

  • 细砂糖30克
  • 1/2小勺
  • 酵母粉3克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 牛奶杏仁花环面包

  • 1.除黄油以外的所有材料放在盆中混合,搅拌成团无干粉。
  • 2.放在面包桶中。
  • 3.启动第一次和面程序,13分钟。
  • 4.程序结束,面团光滑,切下小块面团可拉出小片薄膜,也就是扩展阶段。加入软化的黄油。
  • 5.再次启动和面程序,程序结束,可拉出大片不易破的薄膜,面团完全扩展阶段。
  • 6.取出面团,放在大碗中进行发酵。
  • 7.面团发酵两倍大。
  • 8.面团取出,撒干粉,充分揉匀,排除空气,分成3等份,滚圆松弛十分钟
  • 9.将面团按扁排气,成圆饼状。
  • 10.面团从上向下卷起,收口捏紧。依次做好3个面卷。
  • 11.将面卷搓成长条形。
  • 12.依次做好3根。
  • 13.将三条面团的头部捏紧,编成辫子,将两端的面团捏合成圆形,二次发酵两倍大。
  • 14.发酵完成的面包表面刷一层全蛋液,撒杏仁片。送入预热好的烤箱,180度中层,上下火,烤25分钟。
