Steps to make 炸元宵

  • 1.准备汤圆,(图方便,我直接用的超市冷冻汤圆,)
  • 2.油温不高的时候就要把汤圆放进去,
  • 3.油温慢慢升高时,汤圆就会漂起来,一个个体积增加一倍,(这个时候离远点!一定要离远点,)
  • 4.待汤圆一个个发出一身炸开的声音就好了,(这个时候热油会溅开,千万一定要离远点,等炸完了再过来捞起,)
