Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.鱼头加盐搓洗干净,冲掉盐水,撒胡椒粉一茶匙,食用油半汤匙,盐半茶匙,鸡精半茶匙,搓揉均匀,腌渍十分钟。
  • 2.葱姜蒜垫底。
  • 3.铺上剁椒蒸八分钟虚火蒸两分钟。
  • 4.撒上葱姜蒜末。
  • 5.油烧热,冒青烟的时候离火,数三个数,浇在鱼上即可。
  • 6.剩下的汤汁用来拌面条特别好吃。
