  • 1.准备好材料,银耳用冷水泡发开。
  • 2.桃胶提前泡发一夜,让其完全泡发透,然后挑出附在上面的杂质,用水清洗干净。
  • 3.把泡发清洗干净的银耳放入砂锅,加上适量的水。
  • 4.煮开后加入清洗干净的桃胶。
  • 5.煮开后转小火炖1小时候,至桃胶和银耳呈透明色且软糯,加入冰糖。
  • 6.等冰糖融化后加入蔓越莓干,即可熄火。
  • 7.晶莹剔透、润滑细腻,入口甜而不腻的蔓越莓桃胶银耳羹。
