Steps to make 芒果糯米糍

  • 1.准备所需材料
  • 2.取一个芒果起肉加清水打成果汁(芒果加清水200克),另一个切成小丁。
  • 3.糯米粉加入生粉拌匀。
  • 4.加入细砂糖拌匀。
  • 5.倒入色拉油。
  • 6.然后慢慢加入打好的芒果汁,边加边搅拌。
  • 7.搅拌至无颗粒,然后放锅上大火蒸15分钟,中途搅拌一下,让它更均匀的受热。
  • 8.将蒸好的糯米糊取出放凉。
  • 9.手上粘纯净水,取一小块糯米团压扁,再把芒果放中间包成糯米团。
  • 10.放在椰蓉里翻滚,让糯米团粘满椰蓉。
