Steps to make 懒人版烤汤圆

  • 1.首先准备好需要的食材,蛋挞皮提前拿出来解冻,黑芝麻汤圆不需要解冻。
  • 2.接着将鸡蛋液用筷子打散,放在一旁备用。
  • 3.取一块解冻好的蛋挞皮,整成圆形的饺子皮形状。
  • 4.在面皮中间放上一颗黑芝麻汤圆。
  • 5.收口捏紧,否则烘烤的时候馅料容易溢出来。
  • 6.全部包好,收口朝下,整齐地排入烤盘里,间隔开一定的距离,因为烤的时候体积会变大。
  • 7.表面刷上一层薄薄的鸡蛋液。
  • 8.再撒上少许熟的黑芝麻。
  • 9.放入预热至190度的aca空气炸烤箱中层,选空气炸功能烤15-20分钟。
  • 10.烤至表面颜色金黄即可出炉。
  • 11.将烤好的汤圆放在晾网上晾凉,完全冷却后放密封袋保存。
  • 12.尝了一个,外皮香酥,内馅香甜,好吃极了。
