Steps to make 圣诞趣味曲奇

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.黄油室温软化后加入糖粉,打发至发白,再加入蛋液混合均匀。
  • 3.加入低筋面粉混成面团,取三分之二加入抹茶粉混合均匀,剩下的加入可可粉混合均匀。
  • 4.分别装入裱花袋中。
  • 5.先用可可的裱出树桩的形状,再用抹茶的裱出圣诞树的形状,送入烤箱。烤箱预热150度烤25分钟,取出晾凉。
  • 6.蘸取融化后的白巧克力,再加上圣诞糖果的小装饰即可。
