【小耳家的】椰蓉泡浆面包
喜欢椰香的味道,浓郁但不俗气,
当初我就被一张椰浆淋面的图片而深深吸引了,不知道这么一张图片是否让你垂涎欲滴?让你仿佛已经闻得到椰香?
在烤制过程中,面包吸收了椰浆的水份,特别滋润而松软;
面包本身不甜,但椰浆在面包底部形成了一层“炼乳”,一口下去,甜度刚刚好;
面包还可以撕着吃,因为烤盘内也会有一层“炼乳”,撕一块面包,蘸一次“炼乳”,着实吃得很过瘾!

  • 20g
  • 6g
  • 牛奶220g
  • 椰浆50g
  • 黄油30g
  • 椰浆280g
  • 80g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 酵母5g
  • 高粉62g

Steps to make 【小耳家的】椰蓉泡浆面包

  • 1.(酵头)酵母在牛奶中化开,加入高粉揉匀成团
  • 2.(酵头)温暖处发酵5小时或3-4倍大
  • 3.(主面团)除黄油外,主面团的所有他材料混合成棉絮状
  • 4.(主面团)倒入面包机内,酵头撕块加入,选择“IMIX”程序,程序结束后加黄油,再继续一个“IMIX”程序
  • 5.(主面团)取出揉圆排气,分成12等份(约70g),小面团滚圆均匀排入烤盘里
  • 6.(主面团)发酵至2倍大
  • 7.(泡浆用椰浆)糖加入到椰浆内,搅拌至融化
  • 8.配好的椰浆淋在每个发好的面团上
  • 9.表面撒椰蓉
  • 10.中层,上下火170℃,25分钟
  • 11. 烤盘深度最好在5cm左右的,以免在烤制过程中椰浆会溢出
  • 12.心动不如行动,让自己沉浸在椰香里一次吧!
