  • 1.子姜刮去外皮,清洗干净,晾干生水 。
  • 2.再切成片 。
  • 3.紫苏,喜欢颜色深一些,可以多放点紫苏。
  • 4.紫苏叶摘下放入锅内 ,加入冰糖。
  • 5.再倒入盐。
  • 6.加入米醋 。
  • 7.加入一碗清水 。
  • 8.煮开即可 ,彻底放凉 。
  • 9.子姜放入有盖的碗内,或者带有密封盖的容器也一样 。
  • 10.把晾凉的紫苏水,倒入姜片内。
  • 11.盖上有松紧口的保鲜膜 。
  • 12.盖上碗盖 ,存入冰箱3天即可食用 。
  • 13.成品。夏天吃姜可以开胃健脾,促进食欲。
